Our swallows nest
« on: 04/06/2007 16:25:16 »

Swallows have built this nest in 1 of our stables. We've been watching them build it & now it's finished. From what we can see, there's 1 egg in there. I'll try to get a photo of them & post it here.

My question is, how do they get the nest to stick to the rafters like that? Is swallow spit sticky?
