Where to outsource my software development?
« on: 22/06/2021 12:30:46 »
Hey guys!

Yes, I know I know, this is a science forum and I like it a lot. But I need a piece of advice. Where to outsource my development team. I have a digital agency in the US but would like to expand it to Europe, I heard of Poland or Ukraine? How do you think?

I’m glad you’ve heard of Poland and Ukraine, that’s a good start.
It would be really odd if you hadn’t heard of Ukraine, if you understand what I’m saying.
Are you trying to run some sort of scam or con here?

Perhaps now, as usual, someone will magically appear & provide links for some Outsourcing Firm.

& Then later, someone will Thank saying they found this info useful.

& Probably 6months or a year later, this same OP will be dug out & resurrected with a similar pattern of responses.

Ps - I think WE All get it now how this drill works, Right!

Depending on the distance between the customer and the IT service provider, the location-based types of outsourcing contain:
Onshore — your partner company is located in your country
Nearshore — you transfer software development to adjacent region
Offshore outsourcing model — you transfer the development process to a vendor's company residing far away from you. <blog link removed>

Cost is the first reason to outsource. As a result, Outsourcing the software development process to certain destinations may cost you a fortune.

For the past 10 years, I have used outsourcing technology partners. There are many ways to screw it up (it's simple), but if you work hard enough, you can make it work. In the early 2000s, I had two large subs doing data entry work for me, each with a staff of about 200 people.

First You must be able to clearly identify what you want, whether it is a specification, outcome, functional design, or something else. If you can't figure it out, request a budget and pay for it up front. If you clearly define what you want, both parties will know what the end result will be.

Second, communication is essential! Make yourself available to work with your team on their schedule, and figure out where they stand in relation to your local teams. Most contractors are aware of the time difference for their customers, but they are not always available. Make it clear from the start that they must contact you once per week.

okay, So you want to Outsource your Software Development. Yes, you are reading the write comment. A few months ago I also was looking for this type of Service. So I found spamsoft Inc it's a proper software development company in USA. I can provide the company mail where you can talk to their expert. Here you go: inquiry@spamsoft.con
