The media has been providing us with the terrors of Corona, the army is taking over jobs in the medical and haulage sectors, we can't leave the country and have no way of knowing what's going on outside. Even Boris' speech at the UN seemed Wierd like a mumar gadaffi segment and edited to glory.

Is this the military take over? How can I tell ? If you don't heAr from me you will know why!

It's not a military takeover - it is a viral takeover: COVID-19 took over the role normally reserved for a bad-year flu pandemic.

It's  a Right wing takeover- hence Brexit, prorogation of parliament, plans to abolish the right to protest etc.
But it isn't military.

It's a junta, to the extent that there is no effective opposition to the dictator. At present we don't know who is making the dictator's decisions, but they don't have the logic, consistency or effectiveness that a military mind would demand, and they only benefit Conservative members of parliament and the Prime Minister's floozie. A military junta would have hanged at least three ministers for corruption and incompetence, not reshuffled them into positions of influence.

It was. Ore along the lines of my imagining north Korea or big brother, on the TV would be a version of the news that the rest of the world is preoccupied with something whilst telling you you can't leave the country and military appearances given a perfectly understandable reason. If the military have to start helping out the police or courts I will not know what to think
