Is there a realistic, non-war way to emancipate North Korea's forced laborers?
« on: 10/10/2021 00:57:42 »
In the 1990s, Howard Zinn advised President Clinton, P.M. John Major, and other leaders in the west on how to end famines and slavery in Somalia and North Korea. Zinn said to give lots of aid to them so the leaders won't feel the need for free labor. "Who would oppose it?" he added.
This backfired. Somalia interpreted our aid as hostile behavior, trying to make them look bad. They would shoot at the aid helicopters. North Korea accepted aid but only distributed it to non-starving, politically connected families in their capital.

Why Not just lift All trade bans & restrictions?

Why Not help them achieve nuclear reactors?

Why Not support the Supreme Leader in All ethical & moral ways possible?

Any which ways, they shall achieve what they want Someday!
With...or Without US.

Because he is a lunatic who has people murdered if he feels slighted in any way, and he allows his citizens to die of starvation.

Time for the workers to rise up, depose the dictator, and establish a communist state? By no means perfect, but it brought Russia, China and Cuba into the 20th century very quickly.

I could easily ill mouth Kim Jong Un in here.
But it might simply attract unwanted trolls.

I wouldn't Dare to do even that, provided Kim & i were locked up in a small dark room.
Sure, I'd Disagree with Him on all points.
But with due Respect.

Why make the poor & weak people suffer, instead of the Lunatic?

Why Invade a Whole Country for a Bunch of Crooks?

MOSSAD would have handed over Bin Laden's head on a silver platter at 1% the Original Cost.

Ps - Outsourcing at times, Works!
