PCR Product Size Estimation
« on: 21/10/2021 04:27:13 »
Based on this information calculate how large would you expect your PCR product from the pOTC-Δ template DNA to be (in units of base pairs, bp)

You must obtain the correct answers and show all of your workings (calculations) for full marks. (1.5 marks)

That is a question that i do not know how to solve, please assist, diagrams and question are in attachments.
