It helps to moisture the air to prevent dryness and it is helpful to improve the health conditions.

Overly humid air contributes to mold growth etc  and is potentially very unhealthy.

Yes, this is extremely beneficial. By providing moisture to the air with a humidifier, you're creating a more suitable atmosphere that is conducive  comfort the tissues at the back of your throat. This will not only make you sleep more easily, but it may also help you stop snoring. Additionally, running the humidifier during the day is helpful since it keeps your throat moist and prevents the dryness that is usually connected with snoring.

I heard that people have problems with lungs and breathing after using humidifiers. Can they cause cough?
