HOW A PULLEY WORKS?
« on: 22/02/2022 12:30:11 »
Pulley is a mechanical component that helps transfer motion and power through a wheel turned. Pulley is the most used simple machine wherever we go in everyday life. We use pulleys to reduce the force needed to move or pull heavy objects. It is a very cost-efficient, simple machine. The best thing about this system is that there is no noise. The pulley is relatively safe as we are far away from the heavy object. Pulley requires less maintenance than any other machine. There are several types of it. The most commonly used is the movable pulley. There are also compound pulleys, cone pulleys, and fixed pulleys.

Disadvantages of pulley:
Like every other equipment, there are also some disadvantages of pulleys like continuous use of rope, chains, or belts used in pulleys get weaker so they should be regularly checked, or the system might break.
We can conclude that a pulley is a straightforward machine that is very commonly used by us in every aspect of life. Some pulley systems are challenging to understand, but more commonly, we use a simple pulley system, as shown in the link below: https://mySpamPage.con/blog/pulley/ [nofollow]
