How shall I raise a vegetable garden? What type of nutrients, fertilizers, and manures should be used for growing healthy vegetables from vegetable seeds?

Best to read the instructions on the seed packets! Some veg (e.g. tomatoes) like a lot of manure and nitrogen, others (carrots) prefer a less fertile soil. Similarly pay attention to light and shade; lettuce in particular likes to germinate in sun and grow on in shade. Peas and beans add nitrogen, so you can grow something else in the soil the next year.
