What if the grandfather paradox does not exist?

My new theory is that there is no grandfather paradox because you are not in that region of space and time when the new instant wave of event occurs and it cannot affect you from distance because there is no :"spooky action number 2 at the distance" that can erase you and create the paradox.

OK what happens to my brother?
What about his wife and their kids?

What happens to the guy who got a job because I told him that the position was coming up and suggested that he applied?
What about the wife that he met while working there?
And what about their kids?

What about the guy who got a place at uni- the place that I got?

What about the ant I trod on yesterday? Does he "remember" me?
