Spectrum emitted by anti-matter. Are the hydrogen lines absorption??

Scientists at giant collider and Tokamak installations are checking their records to identify the hydrogen plasma emission line frequencies spectrums to see if they are bright or dark.
  If spectrum lines are dark then that would mean that the sun our star is made of anti matter which will lead to huge electro-static voltages across space and explain the dark energy repelling force that is expanding our universe.
Similarly the sun our star can shine spinning magnoflux current in the form of electro-magnetic light to our planet through the dark matter force inside the solar wind.

You do not know what you are talking about.
We know what the Sun is made of; we brought bits of it back- stuck to moon rocks.
If the Sun was antimatter then the solar wind would create a massive gamma ray flux where it comes into contact with the atmosphere and the world wouldn't exist.

The Sun is electrically neutral. If it weren't, the immense electric field would eject some more of the same charge in the Solar Wind until it was electrically neutral (or pull back some of the opposite charge from the Solar Wind). Remember that the electric field is about 40 orders of magnitude stronger than gravity.

One of the unsolved mysteries of Physics is why the universe that we see is mostly matter, instead of a balance of matter and anti-matter. One of the possible explanations (although looking less likely today) is that somehow, matter dominates in our part of the universe, and antimatter dominates in some other part of the universe (with some regions in-between where they were roughly equal, and annihilated each other).

In a hypothetical anti-matter-dominated part of the universe, there could be stars made of anti-hydrogen and anti-helium (made of positrons and anti-protons and anti-neutrons). But the energy levels of the spectrum would be the same, as the mass and charge on the electron, positron, proton and anti-proton are all the same (to a high degree of precision).
- In anti-hydrogen, a positron changing orbital would emit a normal photon, because the photon is its own anti-particle.
- So an emission spectrum is the same as normal matter
- And an absorption spectrum is the same as normal matter

What I am thinking is that the tokomaks that are trying to produce nuclear  fusion keep breaking down every time they start to produce energy.
Now, if the tokomaks were spinning up anti-matter particles then that would be quite understandable as the positive antimatter would quickly be attracted to and annihilate the enclosure walls which are made of normal electron shelled planetary materials.

That does not happen AFAIK.  The issue is it takes more energy to produce the fusion than the fusion releases.

You don't "accidentally" make antimatter and feed it into your tokomak.

Not especially.
Antimatter and normal matter do not attract each other except by gravity and we normally ignore gravitational attraction of anything smaller than a planet or moon.
