Please post pictures of types of cars you have owned - past, present, favourites, least favourites........

Here is a picture of what my first car looked like (not the actual one, but close!)

It was a 1961 Morris Minor, and had a 1.1l engine!

I then had one of these.....

It was a 2.3 V6. It shows the times, as the insurance was only 300 pounds! It had that Cortina trouble, of a real loose rear end - actually it was a bit like driving someones bottom after a curry!

Hi doc

You had a mark one lotus ,nice

My mate had a standard mark one ,we put a 3.5 litre rover V8 engine in it, it was like a jet fighter on wheels.

My first car was a triumph herald vitesse.

Then a mark three 1.3 Ford cortina.

Then a 3 litre Ford Capri

Then a Escort XR3i

And for the last 13 years a Ford Fiesta RS Turbo

I love DA fords :) i'll look for pics

I had a couple of 3.0 capris. Nice in a straight line but hell to get round corners!

However, having said that, I used to race  a Crappy! It wasn't exactly standard, though. It was a chunky little RS3100.

i made the forty year old, big tall strong car mechanic stutter and avoid my eyes and look scared. he tried to say there was nothing wrong with the car and i said "so this model is designed to only go seventeen miles per hour then?" and then he had the NERVE to say "did you have the car in drive, honey" and i just looked at him and he said "oh i guess so" i still keep getting mad about it... and this was hours ago!

NCB , NO CLAIMS BONUS Its a reduction of the cost of your insurance policy .

Its what you earn from your insurance company if you make no claims which they have to pay for.
