I just put together a shoe cubicle for 17 pairs of shoes! LOL, [;D]
I am also working on two wooden end caps for a knic knac shelf that I have carved flowers in. and did some scroll saw work on.. I need to finish the top board  and either paint and assemble the shelf or put a finish on it. I was thinking paint, but am unsure as of this moment..

What is it you have made???

Excellent, those look like a lot of fun

I would really like to have the space to create giant models, i.e. famous battles

That is really cool Jolly! What are you going to write in it? Something special?

No you mis-understand, it was already written on A4 pages, copied from somewhere in french, I put them in order attached the pages togther, the sowed them, then made a back and then put it all togther, printed the title on it in gold, and there you have a new book.

The point it was the first I did from start to finish, rather than doing just sowing or just making the covers. I actually made the whole thing all the way through!

The main work of a book binder is to repair books that are damaged, or make books from things others give you, the weekly newspaper is an example of one of the things the monks, turn into books.
They save up all 52 copies and at the end of the year make a book of it and you have ´Such and such paper- year 2006´ etc.

The monk said my cover was very beautiful, which I hope will help, as I think the book its self is very boring...lol Atleast that way there might be abit more interest in it.

OH, thanks for clarifying Jolly.. I bet it will draw more interest if the cover and binding are more attractive.. You must be doing a good job!
