Women in such countries will overwhelmingly use birth control and many do. Problems for women in such countries are largley due to cultural and patriarchal control. The who and many other organisations are present inafrica promoting reproductive rights.

The population explosion is largley due to advancing life expectancy and poor economies and brain drain. How will countries ever prosper if their doctors etc are cherry picked by other countries.

The only answer is to do without doctors in the NHS, declare war on these countries and impose western values of freedom respect and democracy on them.

So, charities and WHO must change their aid priorities to first and fore most free family planning and contraceptives, followed by health and medical aid and finally minimum free food [which will collapse their agriculture economy] so should only be made as a last resort.in cases of serious drought.

Making farming uneconomical makes refugee camps permanent slums with no hope for the future for their children as no way to get out of the poverty they are trapped in.

Look at Cox Bazaar, Gaza, Allepo;  all cities where everyone is a refugee waiting to escape to anywhere.   All parents there will encourage their children to leave to find a living somewhere else..

OK, so I had a look at the site and got the data for change in population and plotted it against migration. It's messy.
But the actual data says that countries with falling populations are the ones with most emigrants; not the ones with exploding populations. The most obvious example is Ukraine.
This is no shock to anyone except ACS.
Lots of people are leaving (because Putin is insane).
So they have a falling population and  lots of emigrants.
ACS thinks that it's countries which have rising populations which produce most migrants.

(If you remove Ukraine, the correlation is still negative.)

The "correlation between fertility rate and migration is also negative so it's not the people having most babies who produce the most migrants.

It looks a lot like ACS is just posting biased guesses.

BC, not quite sure what your graph is indicating but the refugees I am concerned about come from refugee camps full of displaced people, not like the Ukrainians where there are no camps just terrified residents.
Please study the stats    https://www.worldometers.info/world-population/population-by-country/ 
and establish in your mind the link between overpopulation and average age country by country.

People who come from refugee camps also went to refuge camps. The camps do not create refugees; they house them.

Every country with medial age under 20 is likely to have social unrest and their governments edging towards military dictatorship just to maintain some sort of law and order.
Their economies cannot grow fast enough to educate, house and provide jobs for this increase population thus gangs of unemployed youths protesting violently against the government and corrupt system.
They need to adopt the Chinese approach of small families lead to great national prosperity where everyone feels self sufficient and valued.

Following up the problem of over population causing climate change but it also results in much suffering in those over populatd countries. 
 Let us look at the Syria problem.     
Worldometers statistics show that families have 2.7 children and this will have caused shortages of housing, overloaded infrastructure which no government can keep up with.
Civil unrest is the result and finally military dictatorships take over which has alas happened in Syria.
 Even now when millions of people have escaped into refugee camps in Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan plus more into Europe the problem will continuing and changing the government will not solve anything.
But there is little point in these refugees returning as what little housing is left is totally overcrowded already and the country needs less people not more.
This disaster would not have happened if the population had taken care to have less children as happens in wealthy countries.

The disgrace of Syria is nothing to do with housing shortage but decades of corrupt government and religion. Governments don't build houses (except in communist countries) but, for the most part, merely facilitate speculative building.

Every country needs fewer people.

But those countries where the population exceeds any possibility of a comfortable and sustainable life tend to be those with the least per capita carbon footprint. So if you are a Believer, you can't blame overpopulation for climate  change.

Believer or not, it is nevertheless apparent that where it results in famine, climate change defines overpopulation.

Climate change is inevitable and to some extent predictable, so the sensible thing to do is to adjust the human population to a sustainable  density everywhere.

"groups blowing stuff up" certainly makes things worse as it destroys peoples ability to be at peace with their neighbours and to become self sufficient.
To be truly self sufficient wealthy countries have learnt how to balance their family sizes but still struggle to produce sufficient goods to balance their import/export requirements.
