Can an insect repellent be bio-transformed into a toxin?

Recently i came across the insect repellent "icaridin". This substance, if hydrolysed will become 2(gamma hydroxy propyl) piperidine which is very close to the hemlock alkaloids, ie it is gamma hydroxy coniine. Amide bonds are generally difficult to cleave chemically but is there a possibility of enzymic(via microorganisms) conversion to a potent nicotinic ach toxin?

That's a worryingly good question.
