Why do donkeys have crosses on them?
« on: 19/07/2007 15:43:18 »
I am aware of the religious explanation, but can anyone give me a scientific reason as to why donkeys nearly always have a dark cross on their backs? They have obviously evolved this way, but for what reason? Thanks for your help. [???]

This is the fabled "donkey derby" crash of 31AD when Jesus and 3 apostles got apistled on a lads (k)night out and were joy riding donkeys. Unfortunately there was a nASSty pileup and the outcome was that all donkeys are related to the 4 remaining quarters which were welded together before the old nick found out.
