Here's my desk !!!!....it's tidy.......enjoy nosing around it !!

Good Neil!  That is a nice desk and work area.  I love the image on your monitor!

I don't have a digital camera, so I can't easily take a picture of my desk and post it.  So, I'll do it someday if I can remember.  But, don't hold your breath, as you'll probably go a little blue before I get around to it. []

Come on over.  My furniture is modern american "cheap".  Most of it has come by way of someone's trash pile.  That way I can spend more on the stuff that sits on it!

well..I did say my desk is tidy !!..but I'm willing to accede that your desk is in a horrendous state of disorder, would you call it organised chaos John ?.....however if you want to see a real mess I will happily post a piccy of my daughters nappy/diaper after I change her next time !!

There's no organization to my chaos - just simple chaos.  I can't find anything.  If I could find what I wanted to find, it would be organized chaos.

Just a few points. Is it really advisable to store CDs by sticking them to the wall? And why have you got a saucepan lid on the top shelf?
The inhalers on my desk are more impressive - I have 3 of them, all different colours. There appears to be a drastic lack of Hobnobs. Green twine is just so outre! I can't see the requisite stuffed cat paperweight either.

LOL..my whole office walls are covered from floor to ceiling in cd's...It's an accumulation of years of freebie discs..usually AOL intenet ones..(wifey hates it..ha ha ha !)

It's not a saucepan lid, though you're right, it does look like one..it is in fact the heavy base of the document holder...Hobnobs don't last long as they are soon in my tummy.....surely you didn't think I was going to have conventional string did you ?

Oh...as far as stuffed cat...Pepper (my Ex-cat) is in a vase on the bookcase in my dining room)

I do hope my desk is not the only one that'll be on display here.

ok, ok, so I don't have a digital camera - I just downloaded the first picture I could find on the internet that contained a desk.  I just didn't want you to feel disappointed that nobody's posted a picture of their desk yet, neil.

And anyway, she doesn't even look like me. My hair's grey. []
