Hi Paul

podcast alley arrange their podcast rankings around the number of votes that each programme receives. The listings reset at the beginning of every month, so if we want to remain high in the ratings then we need to urge people to gives us some votes. Podcast alley is also quite good because people leave feedback there, which we read and which helps us to know when we're hitting the target correctly with our programming.
