I allows you to connect your Samsung mobile phone to a computer and download all your files and pictures , it is supposed to be easier than using Bluetooth but I have tried it on three computers each with windows 10/64, windows 8.1/64/32 and it gets to the last stage and then says " this won't work send an error report ".
Each operating system is fully updated and the disk that came with the mother board has put in all the drivers that they will accept and all are free of malware.
!!!
This all happens before a phone is connected.
The program is available from Samsung for free.

I have it sorted !
I have 2 Samsung phones a  SGH-A237 (8 years old) and an E2550 (4 years old), the PC studio program comes in numerous variations and you have to go to Samsung and download the one appropriate for your phone.
The one for the E2550 is available and will run in Windows 7 but the one for the SGH-A237 is not listed but can be found with diligent hunting and will run in either windows 7 or 10.
