« on: 03/06/2017 09:45:43 »
Alan says:

What are the next three consecutive numbers after 48,49 and 50 divisible by 2, 3, 5 and or 7?

Any bright mathematicians able to help?

BTW This works since the required divisors are also consecutive (primes). May be a trick question.

Well, since all even numbers are divisible by 2, any consecutive integers for which the middle integer is odd and a multiple of 3, 5, or 7 would satisfy the given requirements.

so 50, 51, 52 works (2x25, 3x17, 2x26), as does 54, 55, 56 (2x27, 5x11, 2x28)

But, I think that the next group of three after 48, 49, 50 is... 49, 50, 51 (7x7, 5x10, 3x17)
