Does music help with concentration?
« on: 02/08/2017 12:10:41 »

I have ADHD; a friend told me of a 'useful' website that streams music designed to help one concentrate. What is the science behind this, if any?

How does coherent oscillations in the gamma-band influence associative learning? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9989409
Positive musical vibrations in the gamma-band may be required for memory retention.
