Who Invented Inventors???

Who did invent the Inventors especially with the wackiest inventions and scientific of course.  [:)
Rosalind Franklin was my first cousin and one my life's main regrets is that I never met this brilliant and beautiful lady.
She discovered the Single DNA Helix in 1953, then it was taken by Wilkins without her knowledge or agreeement.

Can I also ask what the inventors went back to before the drawing board was invented?
Give a man a fire and he is warm for a day, set a man on fire and he is warm for the rest of his life.

What about Irish inventors?

I've heard that it was an Irishman who invented the toilet seat - but an Englishman put the hole in it. [;D]

Thomas Crapper, a Londoner, is generally credited with the invention of the Water Closet (WC) that used a U-bend and water flush in the nineteenth-century.

However, there are those that disagree - http://www.jldr.com/crapper.htm

I know that was why and it was Dr John Snow, who'd noticed the reason for so many Londoners were dieing of Cholera as they were drinking from an adulterated water pump. Or so I once heard on the radio.
