I use kasuri methi a lot. Later today I shall be cooking a beef curry loosely based on Karai Gusht but quite considerably hotter.

Oh, hotter in the sense it will be close to the fire? If it is not that type of hot, be careful. Beaver sphincters are only rated at "Medium Tolerance." (See the study by Pratt, Whitney, And Dungg in "Science")

Oui!

The ejecta from such a meal would take one across the Atlantic.

By the By - What time this evening may I expect you? I need to have the spare room made up.

That is the lamest excuse for getting out of a tete-a-tete I have ever heard of.

And for those perverts - it IS NOT a sexual encounter, it is an intimate encounter, such as a dinner between very good friends. - Jess, you people were born with your minds in the gutter.

I heard your last invited dinner guest didn't turn up because they had seen a leaf fall from a tree.

I just lost my total retort. - The Pizza Hut banner flashing "REAL TASTE" in vegetables - green peppers for the "R", "L" in yellow onions, etc. froze my mind! DAMNED BANNERS! ANNOYING AS HELL!! Especially when I am not fully awake - I worked until 3 AM last night.

So Beaver Boy, consider yourself properly insulted and I'll be done with it

JimBob you must be the Chief Chief della Chiefs ..chiefly.
What would you offer à la carte if having us as hungry virtual guests?

Ps: I think à la carte means 'on a cart' if any of you was wondering.
(It's a pleasure knowing so many languages. Like Swedish, and, another Swedish and?:)

---

Ds: ... Did I mention Swedish?

-----

And yes, i do agree to the Pizza Hut banner being substandard.
For a real gourmet meal one need something more refined.

McDonald's anyone:)

.--------------

Some Chiefs can be rather scary though.
As one 'countryman' once said 'lend me your ear'

But as I don't really know what he was planning to do with it?
Or if he would leave it back either??

--
Awh, it was worse than i thought...
The full sentence is as follows.

"Friends, Romans, Countrymen, lend me your ears"
Yep, definitely scary.

Above demonstrates a typical Swedish Resident at this time of the year - too drunk to type in the dark - even if the light is on.

yor-on - allow me to demonstrate yet another of my talents. A literal translation of "A la carte" is "to the card" or "in the manner of the card". You may find that the French for "cart" is "le chariot"  [:D]

Swing low, sweet chariot! I think it would be fun if your food came in on a chariot. I went to a restaraunt that delivered your food on a model train.

Forget it, Doc, yor_on is a victim of his Viking ancestry, being too drunk, during the winter months to be able to tell the difference between a card and a cart.

And the "Gain a Flat Stomach Fast!" add in front of my eyes is too distracting, as it shows the "after" picture -  a bird with low hip hugger jeans, well defined abs and an "inny" navel. It stops just short of the child feeding equipment.

DROOL !!!!!!!!!!!!
