i had a really bad night last night...i slept 3 hrs on sunday night and then couldnt fall asleep till half 5 this morning and then slept for 4 hrs and i feel awful...im trying to keep a positive slant on things but feel awful and ive already had a few arguments with ppl and i didnt mean too....my eyes hurt, my heads hurt and body doesnt feel like doing anything........ive got the day off work , justg as well as wouldnt have been able to cope...im sure ill bounce back once ive had a few good days but at the moment life doesnt look to good...just feel like taking sleeping pills or something just to get my head to shut down and get over this zombified feeling but im going to resist until i cant handle it anymore...people dont realise how hard coping with sleep deprivation is and i feel for all of you guys too!...

let me offer you consolation....it's Tuesday yep ?...I have been up since Saturday 11am...prior to that I'd slept about 2 hours at 15 minute intervals.

What happen with me..is that I fall asleep then IMMEDIATELY awake !!..and some how my body is tricked into thinking it's slept longer !!

Even my own friggin snores wake me up ?

How are you?...or is that a stupid question to ask.

Youve been up since saturday?...OMG!...i think ill shut up then!...how do u cope with so much time without sleep!...how do u feel at the moment...does your head, eyes hurt?...can you still see the positive in things?...my head just switches to negative mode when i dont sleep!...i really feel for you!

Have you not taken any sleeping pills since sat?

I'm fine...just very careless at the moment.

Fortunately , just me with sleep issues....though my 11 year old daughter has been showing signs for the last couple of years in that she regularly comes down to be with me at 2-3am.......

LOL...I.m a pessimist so there's not much positivity except(sick mode)..when I see my kids smile !!

I have this new theory, if i offer then one day i'm bound to get an affermative answer...well one day.
It's nice to see you back, but the reason is not too good. Since Anastasia went to her mums on sunday i have been back to crappy sleep, up for 30 hours sunday and not much sleep since then.

I have to say, it's just like neils. I went to bed at 11 ish yeaterday morning and within an hour i was back up, i could have sworn i had been asleep for hours but a quick look at the clock proved me wrong. Then i did swear.

I hope to get more this morning.

Neil good to hear you manage to get some sleep even though it was drug induced!.

Paul - maybe you might get lucky!! ;o) ...sorry to hear about your sleeping, from what i gather from this thread it seems the main issue for you is your daughter which is causing you sleep problems...is that right?....you really need to sort something out as atleast if thats the case you know the source of the problem and you can start changing the way you think....altho i know its much harder said than done but if you dont sort it then sleep will forever be an issue for you even if youve manage to sort out the issue with your daughter....am i making sense?...apologise if i dont...bad night!!
