Can anyone recommend any insomnia support groups?

Thanks Karen. I finally drifted off sometime around 7:30. At 7:45 my phone started ringing with people begging hubby to come repair their air conditioners. Maybe I'll get some tonight.

Hope it cools off and that you get some rest soon too.

Well does anyone here ever have trouble with restless leg syndrome.. I have had several bouts of it over the last few weeks which is more then usual for me.. usually once or twice a month.. but many times this month already.. seems worse then usual.. not as intense and hard to stop but many more incidents then usual keeping me wake nights!

Well it has cooled way down outside finally and it is clear as a Bell outside! It will be hot as blazes again today!!!

Nice thing is I was outside at 4:30 AM trying to get cooled off and what a beautiful site.. There were millions of stars out so bright and clear.. so beautiful! OH my I see it all the time but it never fails to astound me how pretty the night sky is. The dippers were so clear and all the others too.. there was not a cloud to be seen.. no fog no overcast sky, just clear beautiful sparkling glittery skies for as far as the eye could see! Gorgeous!
