I'm sick again!!! I have a very bad cold and an ear infection. I can't sleep because my nose is doing a tap (faucit) impression and my ear keeps crackling. Boo Hoo!

My life as a chronic insomniac !...I spent 90 minutes on the phone today , then they will send a photographer and It'll be a full page article....It will also be avilable n the net but wonlt be published for a few weeks yet !

A report out today suggests that a meal of lettuce and turkey a few hours before bed can help you sleep.

Personally I find a few pints or a whiff of the barmaid's apron does the trick for me.

Well tonight I daren't go to bed because there is a strange fly like creature in my bedroom. It is long thin and brown. As I am really allergic to fly bites I'm shakin' in my boots. Could someone come around and remove it for me so I can go to bed. Last time a horse fly bit me I couldn't walk for three days eeeeeeeek!
