Can anyone recommend any insomnia support groups?

I have resigned myself to a 10 mg ambian, Generic brand is Zolpidem....10 mg..It does not always work though... but when I am really on the edge and its been horrible thats when it kicks in and works good.... I do not take it nightly or I would be quickly hooked....Cause i do treasure sleep and it feels so good to get to sleep....

It can leave you with the hang over effect but les then other things at least thats my feeling.. I tolerate this better.

Thanks Karen...got given Diazepam...havent given it a go yet as i want to take when i know i dont have anything planned the nxt morning as i really struggle from hang-over effects too. I think i tried a similar one which was Zoplicone which didnt work for me.

Wow thats hot for night time... No sleep here .. but its ok I did get some this yesterday morning from 7:00 am to 12:00PM which was good time....asleep.

Oh Sheepie I hope you manage some too! I am still awake at 4:30 am so I expect to remain up for Physical therapy in aqua aerobics class at the pool and new years eve...I hope New years brings some fun and smiles for all!

Sorry you are not sleeping...I've been asleep for on and off now for the last 22 hours..not feeling so hot..am fixing to go back to sleep..again....can't make heads or tales of the pattern... Missed my meds for 22 hrs though... Been awake 2 hrs now.. Getting tired again..I ate some stir fry spicey chicken broccolli...
