We all didn't sleep again last night.. Love you guys sorry everyone is so tired... me too! but I have enough energy to dance all night ! That is so weird to be so tired and have tons of energy!!

Me too, I thought with everything that happened and no sleep the last couple nights, that maybe I could crash earlir but ther is no sign of sleep! I am so sorry.. you either.. Have the kids got off to school.. I hope you find a poit to dose off for a couple hours, I am thinking of putting in a tape a friend loaned me a Shirley Maclaine video to watch, I love her!Shirley Maclaine that is.. My friend is great to, but thats not what I meant! I hope your day goes well.

I lost my mind years ago...think I left it near a vending machine when I was 12 !!...it probably got thrown away with the rest of the trash !!....
Think I'll go and bang my head on the wall.....!!..keep an ear out for a 'hollow' sound !!

Sorry, I was just talking to keep busy I can't sleep either! Its 2:00 am.. Just not tired enough to sleep.. and I kind of thought that was what this thread was for..bye

I want to sleep now that it is 11am....i need to go get a tire for vehicle...but cannnot move...one eye is in rebellion right now...

What frustrates me is that when I do go to sleep it is quite literally for five minutes !!...just like we discussed earlier !!

I've found that approximately 5 minutes of strenuous exercise right before bed helps me sleep like a baby. [

hmmm, there is a show on the news tonight at 10pm for insominacs....I hate I am going to miss it...drats...I will see if I can find it on the internet tonight to give us some imput

I do know this much...1 in every 6 Americans suffer from sleep disorders....not just insomina...

I use Dr. Sahelian's method for better sleep [
](it works for me)--he suggests--
"Use sleep relaxation techniques.
Once you are in bed, take a deep breath and gradually let it out. Do this a few times. Then, lightly shake one of your feet, and go back to taking a couple of deep breaths. Lightly shake the other foot and then take a couple of deep breaths. Move up to your legs, hips, arms, neck, muscle around the mouth, eye muscles, etc., while going back to the breath after shaking each body part. Soon you'll be in la la land."

Oh my head !!...4:16am on what would be my third night in a row !!...I've resorted to taking sleepy tabs at this friggin hour !!
About an hour ago..I almost...almost....fell asleep....eyes were heavy...body became numb....I was thinking..."at last...at friggin last"..and then..WHAM !!....that zone went !!...wide awake now....that's...well..how many hours is it now ?.........I don't know....I had three hours monday night...and been awake since.....
