Well Here it is 4:06 AM and I still can't sleep. I have layed for hours trying to. Now I have been wandering around the house trying to find things to do.. Stayed in my own room for hours tonight as I had a hose full of company.. The house is full because My son His girlfriend and two others were snowed in and could not get home tonight.. THey are awaiting the snow plow in the morning in order to get home.. Son flipped his Jeep the other night coming off the mountain, The snow plow was going up and he was coming down in wheel drive and they almost took each other out! So he swerved ,( to his own side of the road, on both counts, and went off the bank and flipped his jeep over on its side.  They got a group of fellow mountain dwellers to help right the jeep. He bent a small piece if his frame around the soft top and the window front passenger side. They had 10 inches of hardpack the other night and it was snowing again earlier, so they chose to stay as in the evenings, the roads are so icy even with 4 wheel drive going up the mountain. He needs a set of chains!

Anyway still can't sleep!

Well, I slept two hours last night read for 2hours and tossed for several to no avail. Two was All I was meant to have.. BOO HOO!  I guess I will try later.. That's usually a big fat flop too, especially these days. I used to greatly enjoy naps and had no trouble taking them. I used to just close my eyes and boom back to sleep at noon. Gone are those days for sure!! Oh well! I did love a good nap!!! Sometimes when I am very sick I can nap, I wonder why then and not when I am well??

Boy you can say that again.. My sleep has gotten progressively worse, but strangely enough my blood pressure has dropped off from a previous 220 over 110 something like that to 118 over 80.. so I guess I am doing really good. stress is just exasperating the sleep!

Well as a five year old through about 7th grade, I did not get to sleep until about 2 am, although me mom put us to bed at 7:30 then 8:00pm until about 8th grade.. I used to lie awake listening to Johnny carson untill 1:00 or 1:30 am then I would listen to the old clock bang away the time at around 2 and sometimes later. Usually once I went to sleep I would be up by 6:30 am for school. weekends were different I could sleep until 12:00 or 1:00 pm no problem.. Up until 15 or so years ago, i was off and on.. hit and miss. The last at least ten its been more miss then hit. I usually just keep going.. can't sleep so why keep trying.. I have restless leg syndrome which sometimes antagonises it and makes it worse..

Around two or 3:00 on a good night. these days..not today..

Yes, you should print it!
