Yep, it makes me one antsy gal.. I feel as if I am having dts or something, what you might think and alcoholic would experience. feels like creepy crawlies all up and down my legs. like the blood is racing around in my lower limbs... oooooh! Just makes me shiver

Me too, I can't stay layed down when this occurs. thinking about it.. I am grateful it doesn't happen evry night...

Well now it's 707 and still no sign of

             Mr. Sandman...

Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream (bung, bung, bung, bung)
Make him the cutest that I've ever seen (bung, bung, bung, bung)
Give him two lips like roses and clover (bung, bung, bung, bung)
Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over.
Sandman, I'm so alone
Don't have nobody to call my own
Please turn on your magic beam
Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream.

"bung, bung, bung, bung"

Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream
Make him the cutest that I've ever seen
Give him the word that I'm not a rover
Then tell him that his lonesome nights are over.
Sandman, I'm so alone
Don't have nobody to call my own
Please turn on your magic beam
Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream.

"bung, bung, bung, bung"

Mr. Sandman (male voice: "Yesss?") bring us a dream
Give him a pair of eyes with a "come-hither" gleam
Give him a lonely heart like Pagliacci
And lots of wavy hair like Liberace
Mr Sandman, someone to hold (someone to hold)
Would be so peachy before we're too old
So please turn on your magic beam
Mr Sandman, bring us, please, please, please
Mr Sandman, bring us a dream.

"bung, bung, bung, bung"

hi Karen...sorry to hear abt your sleeping again...i've had a bad week last week  but this week has been ok so far, fingers crossed!..i think i have found a solution to my sleeping which has worked the last 6-10 times ive tried it...we have this thing call shisha dont know if they have it i the US, its a middle eastern, asian thing where you smoke tobaccao through a water pipe...its done alot in middle eastern countries where its a social thing where mates just go out and have a relaxing evening by doin it....its not illegal by any means...as it seems a bit like it is....but every time ive been ive slept well that night...it makes u sorta light headed so u just want to put ur head down...maybe worth giving it a go....im hoping to get myself one to use at home....
this website might be useful if u want to know what im talking abt

Wednesday the First A miracle happened I slept 5 hrs...Thursday a bigger one, happened, I slept from 10:00 pm until 7:00 AM. 9 hours... I cannot tell you how long it has been. And something odd to note .. LOL I forgot to pay my electric bill so neither night were the constant hums of power..The power came back up in the evening..right before I got home from work! The disappointment being I haven't slept since..
