No, I have been too busy trying to throw out a bunch of old emails... I am hoping it will just go away... Fat Chance.. I hate pain meds as they make me feel dopey... Don't worry I have had them before.. Things had been so wonderful for so long I had had so few lately it was nice.. Now boom THey're back... I will be fine... Please no worries..

Really Please don't as I am very familiar with them.. I will be fine.. have to go to work.. If it is still lingering in the late evening I will take something... as then My defences will really be about used up.. I have dealt with them for many days at a time, one continuous one lasted for 4 days... So this is just the beginning, it will go away!!

EMPTY AND DRAINED


So lost and alone, I sit here just waiting by my phone, if it's here beside me , I won't be alone.

Pain is all I feel, trying hard to keep my mind, but so many thoughts and memories I find!

Trying so hard to not be sad...thinking of this love and all that we had..am I hurt am I angry or am I sad?

I can't see past the pain..I feel so empty and drained. I come home and go to bed...can't seem to clear my head...

Writing these words I hoped would help, but the words contents so empty when they're for myself...

OH God help me..... I'm trying to be strong, everything I do seems to be so wrong!

I have failed at everything in my life so far.. I can't make sense of
what I have done...I need to hide my head or run..

What have I done? Why am I here? Wheres my heart and why so much fear?
Why such a cost? Why am I here?

My whole life has been a maze of disarray, should be no different now that's what I say!

Why so hard now to face the pain, it used to be easier when it rained...

Such a fog hanging over my head... tears and hurt and sorrow being bled.

I have no tomorrow my thoughts are all blank..My dreams are shattered and my future looks dank!

Memories remain of love and desire, my hearts still ablaze and my soul is on fire!

Gaia I cooked a dinner for 8 people ened up for 14, Its a good thing I cooked alot, as we had more then expected.. It took me about 3 hours to prepare enough to serve those I did, but the Chicken Kieve was outstanding and everyone loved it.. I am not good at shoestring cooking as I like to cook meals that are more enticing and different.. I like gourmet cooking a lot... and a large variety of different kinds of food and different options for cooking them!

Sounds wonderful! Must admit, I usually end up cooking extra when cooking for people too. In your case it's just as well, 6 extra turning up! I'm glad it went so well.

I will send you a recipe! Its really very easy.. A deep fryer is great accessory, but a wok will also work quite well. It takes approximately 4 to five minutes to cook each batch, I usually do 4 at a time in the deep fryer basket! About 375 degrees.. It is very good.
