YOU ARE THE COLOURS IN MY RAINBOW

You are the colours in my rainbow, the magic that keeps my heart warm. The joy that crowds out the sadness, that tries to eat away at my heart each morn!

I’ll not let it be, the sadness that knocks at my door each day, for I will think of my rainbow and frighten it away!

I’ll remember the joy and the colours that so brightly filled my heart this way, and I’ll keep all the colours so boldly in place, for all, a brilliant display!

The blossoms on the cherry tree that spring has brought to flower, will in due time bring a sweetness to each and every hour. A wind may carry the blossoms far but their fragrance and sweetness shall remain.. The birds may pick and pluck them from the branches where they lay to rest, but time will be on their side, as the blossoms you see, have already set!

I LOVE THIS WORLD

Unspoken words and feelings left unsaid.
So many dreams left floating in my head.

Keeping busy and finding smiles, life's so
funny and laden with trials.

Like a sparkler igniting and spitting out sparks,
my emotions are loaded and ready to embark ...

Am I going to cry or laugh today, just what face
will set it off either way.

A Child said Goodbye Just the other day, and made me cry,
and run away..

Her Grandma put her in the car, to go home was not so far.
She quickly put her arms round me.

Pulled me close and Kissed My cheek..Then sweet words she
began to speak.."Kisses ARE for TEACHERS.."

Then she looked to her Gran and They both gave a great big grin..
My heart about burst right on the spot, so much love inside my heart.

I have such dreams for that little girl...she
helped me remember why I love this world..
