Something defined as being a in a 'relative motion' has no motion.
Something defined as being a in a 'relative motion' has a motion.


that one we can test by choosing some different objects and then compare their difference in 'relative speeds' versus our own. Doesn't matter what speed you give ourselves there, as long as we find those objects speeds to differ between them, as defined from us.

So there is a contradiction to it. Motion exist but it is still relative. You define it without knowing your own relative motion.  And what makes your 'global definition' of a universe is not so much a question about motion, but about causality.
