They are making a buck on it. That's true, just as those Chinese sells those ingredients allowing other American citizens to make yet another buck on selling fentanyl to drug addicts.

And what differs those two isn't the way those oil and gas producers behave, it's the way your government allows it, and even encourage it.

And of course, you share holders, with them 'protecting' your interests.
