That chart (taken from wikipedia)shows the motion of the centre of gravity(barycentre) of our solar system with respect to the centre and limb of the sun which is shown as being stationary. In effect the opposite is true. The barycentre is still or moving in its orbit around the centre of the galaxy and it is the sun that is moving. Very interesting but absolutely nothing to do with the sun's motion and location within the galaxy. The main effects are due to the orbits of the planets Jupiter and Saturn.
You do not appear to understand the stuff that you are posting and often add comments that are likely to confuse others. That one was bad enough to warrant correction. The reply above is total rubbish. Be careful to think before posting or I will have to report you to the moderators for troll like activity

He comes from the Eastern world and so as much language is to communicate, English is not his first.I am sure he had the right intentions.

ScientificBoyZClub Your posts are mostly copied from other websites and not your own writings and frquently not in the correct context.I am quite happy with a limited grasp of english but my long experience with trolls on many sites is that they frequently feign a foriegn accent. To be specific about my criticism of your 01/12/2009 09:36:53 post the rotation period of the sun and the motion of the sun about the barycentre of the solar system has nothing to do with dark matter and very little to do with the structure of the galaxy because dark matter is quite evenly distributed and other stars are a very long way away. You appear here and elsewhere in your writings not to undderstand that the solar system and our galaxy are very different objects on very different scales.
