Hi,No I haven't taken Zetacap in a long time. I have joined TOPS "Take Off Pounds Sensibly" My husband,My sister & I all joined. I haven't lost anything but my husband and sis have. She lost 50 lbs. My husband lost but has gained part of his back. My sister and I also go to the Gym twice a week. But enough about that I am so excited for you losing soooo much! Way to go girl!!  What are you doing to lose? Let me guess "You stopped drinking sodas" right? That is my biggest downfall I like my sodas and I hate water. You can lose that last 93 lbs and reach your goal I know you can. Wow just look how far you have come already. You are certainly an inspiration to me. Take care and i'll holler back again later.

Hi Sandra,

I have heard about tops! I bought a treadmill. Still just pluggin away. trying to do it without the zeta these days.. but still will use a couple if I feel so hungry I think I will eat the house.. LOL Basicly just cut back all my portions to within the size of my two fists. no more then two fists of food no matter what kind of food. with the exception of salad and vegis.. I eat as much of those as I want with the dressing if I choose, but I like sunflower seeds bacon bits, the real ones, dressing and light cheese on my salad.. Yummy, sometimes thats my dinner, with some chicken or turkey thrown into it! Chopped up nice.LOL

Your right!! I did give up soda when I first started. I rarely drink it. It's way too sweet! I hate water too! but have been drinking it just the same.. It really helps. Even though I hate it!
My downfall is rasberry Snapple, I love it.. No diet crud for me, I hate diet food with few exceptions!! Some can be good, but I want regular food that I can adjust without having to worry about what's in it!!
I know you can do it to Sandra.. Good luck to you and welcome back HOME...:) :) I have missed you!!

Whoops, Me think your beautiful elephant got lost!!

Karen is right Sandra............
I used to be a "Coca-Cola" addict......2/3 per day. I stopped and it has really helped me lose weight, not as much as "our girl" Karen, but it does help. I don't drink water either, don't like it, at least now, its freezing outside!
Hugs for all,
Josefina

Good morning all! How much have you lost josefina? Yeah I drink at least 3 sodas a day "not diet either". I like the flavored waters but then you have all that sugar and calories to deal with so might as well drink the sodas. (ha ha) Where you from josefina? you said it was freezing. I live in Alabama and todays weather is suppose to be sun and 72 degrees. We don't get much cold here. The price we pay for living in the south.
Morning Karen, How are you today? I have been going to TOPS for about a year now. I am the Spirit Leader and our chapters Reporter, and my sister is the Co Leader. We really like going; you get to meet alot of really nice people who share the same thing as you (weight). How long do you walk on your treadmill per day? How many miles do you get? I bought an elliptical machine and I enjoy working out on it but it makes my legs ache so bad I can't stand it and forget about sleeping when your legs ache so bad. I agree with you on the yummy salad. We eat alot of salads one of our favorites is salmon salad; it is really good and good for you too. One thing I do different is I don't like lettuce so I use baby spinach and I make my own ranch dressing that way I can control the fat and calories in it. About my cute elephant I was going to change it and kind of messed it up. LOL Well gotta go for now will check back in later, round of hugs for all.

I cup your choice vegetable oil
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

I don't use that amount of sugar my friends recipe called for that amount..It is 3 full cups of dressing, I add the sugar only tasting as I go, so its not over sweet. But it is really wonderful, with mandarin oranges and lovely chicken on a spinich and baby green salad YUMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! It is lovely It is my favorite spring salad!!Lots of fresh spinich and if you add a few mint leaves........OH MY GAWWWWWWWWWWD!!!! It is so good! Chop the mint leaves and toss in salad before adding dressing it is awesome!!!

AH.... I like the fairy! SHE IS BEAUTIFUL... I want one.. with magic sprinkles!! YAYYYYYYYY!

Morning Karen...
Almost 4pm over here, no rain, 9ºc, so I'm okay :-))

Hi Josefina, I just ate Italian dinner out with My Husband and It is bitter cold outside. It snowed last night and Mckinleyville had 2 or so inches mixed with some ice, but it closed the airport until noon as they had to get snow plows to come down to the coast to plow snow off the runway!!! LOL Never , It may well be a first for Mckinleyville!!! LOL I might be wrong but I am 46 and have never seen that happen there.. LOL!! People are crazy, cars off the road everywhere they don't know how to drive in it!!! LOL We are a bunch of spoiled Californians who have just right weather most of the time so extreme either way is amazing.. Snow is rare here. It's just over the hill usually 20 min. drive, but It's supposed to get worse. it stayed about 33 34 degrees all day today only stopped raining for 1 hour then back at it again. Toniight is supposed to do it again more snow at sea level WOOOOOOOOOWHOOOOOOO! I love it!!! I wish I could PLow Neil with a Snow ball!! LOL Right square in his sheepy little wooly tummy!!! LOL  Hey LO hows about a snowball fight???? LOL I have a lousey arm these days.. My right one still works ok!! LOL That's me good arm.. It's me left arm gives me the business. Hurts all the time.. So I will have to get you with the good one... That's me 16 Lb. Bowling ball arm.. LOL Trouble is I had to drop the ball down to an 11 pounder when I turned 40 as me muscles ain't quite what they used to be. It dropped me score right along with me ball LOL!!

OOOOH Yeah... needles of any kind.... Yuck! Yeah I would chicken out to. I have had tons of shots and injections in my time, but I still hate them!
Well Me thinks we need a new weather man... All it did last night despite the temperatures, was rain and be frozen, no snow here at least. The foothills seem snowier then they were so maybe they got it instead...LOL It is 7:35 am and it is 34 degrees Fahrenheit!
