Yeah I tried to do it a  year or so ago and was good until after wards.. really tore things up.. Stinks as I used to be a decent bowler. LOL

Well i'm not happy this evening. [:-'(] I went to my TOPS meeting and I gained 6 pounds in two weeks. (we didn't have a meeting last week because of bad weather.) I really don't understand why. I'm eating right and exercising. Just blows my mind!

Sandra, keep in mind that you are excercising. That always builds muscle mass and muscle is heavy, thats normal, Also think about what time of the month it is. I gain about 6 lbs every month the week preceeding my period. So really try not to worry just keep your head up. Mine always comes off because I try not to panic. and I just keep going! You will do fine. I am also very irregular, so it was always hard to pinpoint the right day for my cycle to start!You are doing great to!!!

Sandra - I am losing weight, but as slow as it can be. Karen is right about TOM, darn him! Some weeks I lose, some (most of them) I don't.........so you just be patient , don't give up on yourself!

Thanks for the encouragement. It means alot. As for TOM he hasn't visited me since 1997 (i'm blessed in that department) but I feel for all who he still visits. He use to visit me two times every month [xx(]

Some of them were to big so Dave is trying to fix some things, I removed the rest of mine moments ago and need to find a smaller one. Go to guest book and read the thread about signatures.. I am not good with technical Jargin so All I know was that the pixels or something were too many for our sigs. They needed to be made smaller. I did that but it cut tweety's legs off! LOL I will try again later!
I know what you mean about the twice a month thing.. Been there just this last month so I got to be grumpy twice.. Its going to do me in I swear!! LOL

I am Jealous, Me used to love to dance and never had the oportunity as me husband did not dance nor take kindly to me dancing with someone else. He hated dancing.. so I am just Out of luck.. I wish I could have been a fly on the wall! I bet you were beautiful LO!

No Need for lessons anymore and he wouldn't do them. I tried that, it never worked. He hated Dancing all together!
