In the sense of is there a way for us to stay alert even when we feel really Tired? Without consuming any products, is there a way? Is it even possible? Thanks!

Everyone needs sleep... sometime.

Certainly some tasks are more stimulating and less boring...  which will help for a while, but the need for sleep will catch up with everyone.

Some people find mild exercise invigorating.

I always found that whitewater kayaking would wake me up after graveyard shift.

Some studies indicate that driving sleepy can be as dangerous as driving intoxicated...  so care is advised.

Ah, no doubt, but it we do have to try overcome the temptation of sleeping just to finish what we're supposed to do.

There is an old saying in this establishment:

Never put off until tomorrow what you can put off until next week.

I'm going to bed!
