ok this may seem odd but if you are a doctor (of any sort) post to say so.

The reasson being i think there may be a lot.  Some of the more detailed answers sound like they may be from drs (or folk in uni at least).

You may get more respondents if you wrote this as a poll, rather than a question topic (although some people may still comment).

Keep in mind that there are both Medical Doctors, and Doctors of Philosophy (which is a catch-all for almost everyone else).

Many of the people on this board who choose to surround themselves with fancy titles don't seem to last long.  Others of us choose at least some degree of anonymity, and believe we are better judged by who we are and what we write.

While we do entertain the occasional medical topic, we do not claim to be providing medical care...  and usually defer actual medical care to people's physicians.

Personally, I've had somewhat of a generalist education (which is possible in the USA).  I have the equivalent of at least a Master's education, but no fancy wall hanging to prove it.  I do, however have an undergraduate degree, but not in B.S.  [xx(]
