If the end of puberty was never quite reached would we grow old?

Studies of castrated men shows that they do grow old and die, but the life expectancy is about 10 years longer than intact men.

There are also a few disease conditions that delay puberty and sexual maturity such as hypopituitarism, but I don't believe it actually prevents aging.

Some people will look younger than their chronological age, but eventually will become small old people.
