Try to imagine yourself 6 months from now. What would you like to be happening in your life? Well, you've got lots of time to works towards it and lots of friends to give you support along the way!

Sounds like the bug's on both sides of the pond. Lots of hot drinks and rest is my prescription. Try to get some sleep, I know it's difficult but give your body a chance to at least rest and recuperrate! As for me, my throat is still bad and temperature yoyoing, which is annoying 'cos I don't usually get fevers. It's just a bug, think I'm just going to have to wait it out, oh well.

Well thanks Gaia, I will try to rest as I think I had a fever this morning upon waking! I felt yucky again, but I have dried off and quit sweating now so maybe it broke, we will see!!  Thanks for all the support! Will be just fine! No more worries I am going to put my head down and just keep moving!!
