There is no proof that non-locality is a reality in the macro world, but real speculation that it might happen. Maybe the supposed doppelganger happenings might be real at some level?.

If living organisms are conscious entities expressing coherence at the macroscopic level: How does the biological nonlocality of consciousness affect hypercomputation of conscious experience? I believe quantum entanglement and coherence unify body-mind interactions via the biological nonlocality of consciousness.

A DOPPELGANGER IS a mysterious, exact double of a living person. It's a German word that literally translates to "double walker" or "double goer". A doppelganger isn't someone who just resembles you, but is an exact double, right down to the way you walk, act, talk, and dress. A friend or even a close relative who encounters your doppelganger will swear it was you, even though you can prove you were not in the location the double was sighted.

In the living state, including the mind and consciousness, water and organics are copartners in life. Water and the organics are doppelgänger. Information can be transferred both as the movement and changes in the organics/ions, as well as through the hydrogen bonding of water. The changes within the water are expressed through a natural binary, connected to hydrogen bonding, with this mode of information transfer at least 1 order of magnitude faster than any organic and ionic movement, allowing it to integrate the cell or brain. 

An analogy might be a large group of children; organics/ions, playing in the local swimming pool; water. Each child; organic, displaces water based on their size and weight and how they bob up and down as they play. While the movement and activity of each child; games they play, creates another aspect of waves. The sum of all these waves and displacements create local and global movement in the pool, through waves, which can push and pull each child as they play.

As a child, I remember in backyard round swimming pools, all the children would swim and/or walk in one direction to make a whirlpool. This global affect in the water, would then be used to pull all the children along in its current; affect, cause and affect. Or as the whirlpools gets going, it gets easier and easier to swim with it; enzymatic aspects.

The biggest mistake made when studying the brain is to put all the eggs in the organic basket and ignore the other 90% of the molecule count  of life, which are in the form of water molecules. Water gets lip service even though no protein will work without water. Water is the ghost or soul of the protein, with science not believing in ghosts or souls, unless these have the word quantum attached to it. Although water does many fancy things like proton and electron tunneling.

It would actually be more efficient to model life in terms of the water and ignore the organic complexity, since water is only one molecule that can reflect everything in the water, using four binary switches per molecule of water. These can be used in groups to fingerprint any organic or ion, molecule or surface, as well as control and reflect key local and global physical parameters such as entropy, internal energy and volume. Water is the soul of life that reflects the organics, which reflect the water, etc., until each becomes in the image of the other; doppelgänger.
