I know you probably don't want to hear this, but if you are on anti-psychotic medications because you think you are being attacked by electromagnetic waves from unknown assailants, then it is probably all in your head.

You cannot hear radio waves unless you're a bot.

The human ear does not decode auditory signals below a minimal detectable range.

Try being a bit more scientific.

it's possible that he can hear (demodulated) radio waves though I have to say that a psychological  origin is more likely.

Because a ordinary person would not label himself as "dumb" unless to look as a clown.

Well, people with psychotic disorders are not "ordinary"...

People suffering from psychiatric disease are no different than you and me. The neurodiversity of the human genome is what make human life a very sophisticated thing.

What is considered "ordinary" might be a bit subjective, but it certainly is the case that most people do not have paranoid psychosis. Most people don't think that the government or some other covert agency is out to get them personally despite a lack of definitive evidence (or evidence to the contrary). If beliefs like this are strong enough to interfere with their ability to live a normal life, then it's definitely a problem.

My post didn't mention them in any way.
It seems, however, quite likely that you just labelled one such sufferer as a spammer.

You seem confused.

I'm just attempting to understand the cognitive psychology of this thread. How can you assume a human would appeal for help by declaring he's dumb and low iq? Strange things indeed i don't understand.
