maybye, just maybe, snails were told by god that snails cant ever be seeen teleporting so they decided not to but the snails still belived that the snails couldn't be seen going fast. so the snail is always slow when we look at it but, when we look away khzam!!!! there off at a whizzing 22,000 mph untill someone sees then or they get tired  [O8)]

There was an Indonesian folktale telling about a mousedeer having a race with a snail. The mousedeer was so confident he would win since snails are slow. When the race began, the mousedeer ran on the land while the snail swam through the river. Everytime the mousedeer called for the snail, the snail always showed up in front of him. In the end, the snail won. The trick was there were multiple identical snails inside the river. Everytime the mousedeer called, a snail which was located in front of the mousedeer should appear himself, giving the impression that the snail ran/swam faster than the mousedeer.
