It was meant to be a preview, a sneaky look at some of my notions.  I am ready to go to experiment now, I am at that stage where my understanding needs a few clarifications.   Unfortunately I do not have the means to experiment at this time. So maybe at a future time I will.  Then I will design precise models and schematics.

And I thought I was mad for hearing voices, jeez, the future is in the air @Thebox not hovering a few feet above the ground, besides the boat one has already been done with the hovercraft. No real point in doing it again. Also, science tells us an electrical current near water, static or otherwise would be detrimental to aquatic life.
