I think you have confused correlation and causation:
- many of the world's tidal power plants are built into estuaries or bays which have both a large tidal range, and a high current flow
- But this does not mean that the high current causes the large tidal range.

What about Cook Strait, in New Zealand?
I've given a counterexample.

You now have to explain why it doesn't refute your theory.
You quote a speed of 7 knots for the Cook Strait. How does your theory predict the relatively low 2m tidal range?

It's no validation to say "It depends on several other variables that I am not going to define".
- You have the location
- Now, calculate the he size of the gyre, the amount of water under the gyre, the distance from the coast to the gyre
- At least I can help you with the direction of the current - it is basically East to West, and West to East slightly over 6 hours later.

PS: I sailed through Cook Straight in January 2019.
- Fortunately, I was not the one doing the navigating!
- I assume the navigator timed it so it was high tide in the East (where we started), and low tide in the West (where we were going), and they cruised through with minimal engine power.

To predict the tides, you need information, a map, the current velocity, the depth of the coast.
You have chosen a very inconvenient place, choose another place where there is a flow map.
For example, the island of Madagascar.

By inconvenient you mean it doesn’t support your hypothesis  ;)
Try the English Channel.
One of the most charted and sounded areas in the world with detailed records and accurate predictions of tides and tidal flows.
Even a very brief look at the charts and almanacs shows that your hypothesis is seriously flawed.

This has all been explained to you previously and you either do not understand it or are deliberately ignoring the information.
Because of the danger to life posed by someone following your flawed ideas, these threads are being locked.
