Hello
Is it possible to have a water or other solution with one ion type only e.g. with H+ only or with Na+ only?

You will need to have at least one type of counter ion, with the opposite charge, so that the whole solution is net neutral (or very close to it) otherwise it will blow itself apart.

Even pure water contains multiple ions (H
3
O+, OH-, and more complex types).
