Do you have any evidence supporting these three assertions? More in particular, do you have evidence that falsifies any model where any of these is not true? If not, then you're not doing science, you're just chatting.

Most if not all are very likely false.If the second one is true, then effect can precede cause, and that is time travel by at least some definitions.

Concerning the 3rd: I look in a mirror and see a prior version of me, which is a measurement showing that I exist at some time in the past. That's empirical evidence contradicting the 3rd assertion, no?

You can measure me there tomorrow, so how is that possible if I do not 'go forward' to it? In other words, how can you assert that it doesn't exist if you have never measured its absence?

I'm not proposing anything new, here. It's just common sense.

It's not science. Why does this belong in the main section when you making assertions for which you've presented zero evidence. Common sense utilizes the argument from incredulity fallacy. Common sense is frequently wrong when it comes to how things actually work. None of the stuff being discovered over a century ago complied with common sense or was intuitive.

So what evidence have you for the above assertions? If none, it probably goes in just-chat, because it isn't even a theory, new or otherwise. You can ask if time travel is possible in the physics section, but your assertions make it something else.

to go back in time would mean the future has already happened to go forward in time would mean the same as we could return to the present. If any of this is achieved we would have had contact with the ones that can.

there is only one copy/instance of it, at a time, and it can be in only one state, at a time.

Not conventionally like a H.G Wells time machine but in practicality we could travel to another planet in the future that was more advanced or less advanced than our own planet . Effectively travelling back to a relative past or relative  future .

You do travel in time, but it's only one way. Introducing frames of reference you can call something in the vicinity of a black hole as being 'slowed down' by your perspective and clock, but you won't pass that into something getting into 'negative time', aka going backwards. The best you can do is to define it as having no time existing for its process, as defined by you.
