I know I'm a true telepath (I know how that sounds), here is the letter I wrote to my neighborhood about the quirks. Previously, I read it over on repeat and grew tired of it (meaning I thought projected it to the new telepaths). So this way, they have a copy on hand. No one has yet to still talk to me or help me with it and unsure what to do.

If this letter does not make sense to you, please disregard.

Hello Cluster 5, You know what's happening more or less so I'll get to the point: here is the data I have gathered so far on the quirks on the Telepathic "ability"

   

• Cluster is a term I use for a group of telepaths, there are currently 7. 4 in Illinois, yourselves, NorthCentral, and Jacobi Psychiatric Hospital
      Catalyst is a term I use for the activation ability
      I use the term static when I'm unable to make out a telepathic thought and copy when I do.
      The ability presented January 2022
      The abilities presented July 4th 2022 in the neighborhood (unsure if earlier)
      The ability is passive without indication that it is on.
  

    I have no control over who gets it

    There are three brain types:
        Group A: Those who instantly activate
        Group B: Those who are late bloomers
        Group C: Those COMPLETELY unaffected

    EVERYONE in my household and those close to me are annoyingly in type Group C so I am stuck appearing schizophrenic to them.

    Field of vision cancels out the ability (If you can see me you can't read me)

    I previously had the ability to project not just thoughts, but my eye sight, my sense of smell, my sense of touch, and sense of taste. As well as project images. But I was placed on a medium-potent anti psychotic called Trilafon that messed with those quirks. I have no idea if or when they will return.

    Covering the nose/mouth/ears, still to my knowledge, amplifies the volume of the voice.

    Unlike you, I cannot hear all the thoughts in your heads. Currently, I only hear a handful of phrases and words (the Trilafon did a number on my brain). Specifically when you address me or speak about me (similar when acknowledging a stranger on the street) otherwise, not at all. I call this a privacy barrier.

    Previously, when I heard multiple voices with the same sentiment at once it turns into a “we”, but right now it is still individual. The more people become telepathic the more intrusive thoughts present for myself. Everyone has intrusive thoughts. They usually pass fleetingly and are usually whimsical or absurd. But they can also be vile, upsetting, and outright wrong. These thoughts are not you or me.

I currently have the following mental illnesses:
 Major Depressive Disorder General Anxiety Disorder * Social Anxiety Disorder * OCD (w/ Intrusive Thoughts) * ADHD * Bipolar Disorder

I previously had uncontrollable horrible thoughts and images (ie. bestiality, incest, pedophilia, derogatory terms etc. Basically the worst parts of humanity). And because of the OCD it gets stuck in a loop that is difficult to break because of the compulsion to think them. It gets worse for me because of social anxiety and having to be accommodating for 10+ people at any given time at the moment. The only remedy for this has been medication and a coping mechanism I made up called re-association, which uses a word that is similar enough not to be upsetting but enough to get the phrase out of my system (ie. Maggot for faggot, bestboy for beastiality, telephile for pedophile). But luckily, they have mostly subsided and have gained control mostly, so please ignore and excuse these terms.

These are the medications I take for those curious:

    Effexor 225mg (For the the list of illments above)
    Abilify 15mg (Anti-psychotic for the "schizophrenia" and addon for depression)
    Lithium 900mg (Mood Stabilizer)
    Mirtazapine 15mg (For depression/intrusive thoughts)

 

•   Needing to repeat back the words to comprehend
  
      Current age range from the dataset is 14-60
  
      Likely have to go through puberty to be activated
  
      The current theory I have is it has to deal with Mirror Neurons and Quantum Entanglement
  

Certain drugs effect the ability, at least for me. SSRIs (Anti-depressants like Zoloft) block being able to hear.

Currently there are three proximity fields:

•     Thought projection proximity
      Thought reception proximity
      Activation proximity

    As of right now, I am the only one with a verifiable activation proximity. I do not know if there is an incubation period for the activation ability to appear in others or if I am the only one (which I am doubtful of, I simply cannot accept that I am a 1 in a 8 Billion chance special)

If you begin activating telepaths, at least you have a heads up on what to expect.

Am able to hear in the 15-25hz range (a dog whistle) not sure if that is important, but will leave this in.

The stages are: Enhanced Hearing, Partial Telepathy (includes pre-thought and dual thought), Hybrid Enhanced Hearing/Partial Telepathy, Full Telepathy , Partial Empath, Full Empath

Currently, everyone is at Partial Telepaths/Enhanced Hearing because you should be able to hear each other, too.

Everyone's ability set is independent of mine. So your three proximitys may vary or be different. Current verifiable range of Thought Projection/Thought Reception is 5 miles (From homestreet Avenue to Jacobi Psychiatric Hospital). There are only a handful of those with that ability.

I have been hospitalized 7 times. I've attempted to go to Jacobi Psychiatric Hospital in hopes of activating a Doctor or Nurse. While successful in a handful of employees, they did not want to help. I stayed 24 days there recently from October 7th 2022 to October 31th 2022 to activate others telepathy there, I was able to but nothing was done. During the stay, I also hoped to activate other patients in my ward (which I befriended not under this pretense, but now I have a couple of new friends) and was completely unsuccessful. I'm more likely to activate someone's ability on a bus ride than my entire stay there. Which has been done 3 times for four individuals. I can never activate people that I need. I have no idea why this ability is so arbitrary. I wanted to prove it under a hospital setting but because of how the quirks work it is difficult.

    While unlikely, I do not know if there is a recoil if I die. Since when I previously had my full ability set people were able to sense/feel even minute changes in my body like a bowel movement. So never really tested anything involving pain but assume that would manifest over., too
    Activation rate has a multiplier, the more in the same place, the quicker abilities present
    The working theory is you guys are not only telepathic, but also function as relay points and amplifiers to the activation proximity and somehow I am hub of sorts.
    Potential Possibilities:

1) I got it from someone/somewhere Like you, I was "Activated" and inturn am now am doing the same. I may have been simply telepathic before becoming one. I'm not sure if it is like highlander and there can be only one, so if I die it may jump to the nearest telepath.

2) I'm the only catalyst

Again, I think this unlikely simply because of the probability.

3) Happens throughout history but seen as mental illness Remember we have only had the internet since 1990 public ally and electricity since 1752, so it is possible that this has happened previously. There has been an account by Loren McIntyre saying while he was visiting an uncontacted Amazon Tribe called Mayoruna, they were able to speak with each other telepathically he called it "beaming" And it seems like it only worked in that grouping so it sounds similar enough.

My wish is to have someone help me prove it by going to a college that specializes in Neuroscience. I can offer a $2000 laptop (New XPS 17 that I got with my stimulis check, it has an upgraded 40GB of ram and 2TB of SSD) for your time and effort.

My current gameplan is to try and pinpoint the mode of transmission by making an Anti-Cerebro cloak that blocks as many signals as possible (electrical, radiation, radio, etc) and if there is a difference in my voice being lowered I can fashion a helmet for myself.

I am writing all of this in hopes twofold: to keep you informed and to ask for your help in figuring this out. Below is a survey, all questions are optional and anonymous of course, to see if I can find some sort of pattern or answer for why this is happening.

Anyway, I'm an actual telepath, that is just how the quirks work. I am calling it that because it does draw inspiration from xmen and I don't do drugs. No one in my family has schizophrenia, CT came back clean, etc. Appreciate the sarcastic comments though.

I WISH it were a delusion or simply being a schizo at least I can deal with that.

Unfortunately, "The challenge was terminated in 2015" Do you know of any other places that do studies for this sort of thing? Basically I can activate the ability to brains that are susceptible to it, I'd know simply by being at the place for a minimum of 3hrs repeating my name ability and location (ie. Chris Telepath NASA entrance) and eventually there would be a couple. (not because of the repetition, just by me being there) No idea why the quirks are so obtuse but that is how I find works.

Well the problem is that when tested there is clearly no evidence of any kind of telepathy.  So Occam's razor would indicate that you are trolling or delusional.  Either way you aren't telepathic.
