Here's another experiment that I'd like to replicate using my high voltage generator.

Soap bubbles meet the van de Graaf generator.

Perhaps this experiment can also be done using my high voltage generator.

Here's a video demonstrating Faraday cage with electrostatics.

Professor Krishna Rajagopal explains Faraday Cages and why it's not such a bad thing if you're in a lightning storm as long as you're inside a car.

But the experiment in another video shows somewhat different result.

Quote
Here is an electrogravity experiment conducted on a torsion pendulum, electrostatically shielded inside a Faraday cage. The gravitational like force seems to penetrate the metal cage and exert a force upon the aluminum torsion pendulum within.. The field is a high voltage DC electrostatic field generated by a little high voltage multiplier. The results are reminiscent of the research done by Townsend Brown, on flying disc propulsion systems.

I'm curious what makes the difference. Any suggestion?

A thought provoking video about what electricity actually is

In this video I show you what experiments you can do with high voltage impulse electricity and how the body conducts it without hurting me.
My comment on the video.

I show how static electricity isn't as random as we thought...

If you rub two identical balloons together, they both pick up a static charge. This strange and unexpected behavior has been documented in the scientific literature and remains fundamentally unexplained to this day. But when George tries the experiment, he stumbles into something that ? to the best of his knowledge ? has never been reported in the literature, and is, if possible, even stranger.
