Dear Mr. Beckham,

I am a fan of you and ManU in Hong Kong. Glad to know that you are going to start a new page of your life in Madrid. But feel touching on myself when I hear that you are given the jersey no. 23. At the moment, most people in Hong Kong are struggling against 'our' Government in their rude legistration of Article 23 which will restrict our freedom and human rights.

I sincerely hope that you can sympathize our situation and hold off the no.23 jersey temporarily. I understand it is such an unreasonable request but please please give us some spiritual support and enouragement in this battle.

I haven't got a clue what Article 23 is, perhaps if ever Dickson comes back he can explain....though I notice it's year today that he posted that !!
